Deepika Padukone gave a sweet shoutout to a pap, who brought a birthday cake for her at the airport.
Bollywood sensation Deepika Padukone, one of the most renowned Indian actresses currently, had a successful 2023 with two hits ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Jawan’. While she starred in a full-length role in ‘Pathaan’, Atlee’s ‘Jawan’ featured her in a brief yet meaningful appearance. From making her Bollywood debut in ‘Om Shanti Om’ to showcasing her versatility through movies like ‘Padmaavat’, ‘Bajirao Mastani’, ‘Piku’ and ‘Cocktail’, she has come a long way. Apart from her impeccable acting chops, Deepika Padukone remains in the limelight for endorsing some of the biggest brands.
Deepika Padukone, who is married to Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, celebrated her 38th birthday on January 5. As the two jetted off to an undisclosed location, Ranveer and Deepika were spotted at the Mumbai airport.
While Deepika Padukone shared a glimpse of her birthday cake on Instagram on Sunday, she also received a surprise from paparazzi as she reached the Mumbai airport. A video, shared by Pinkvilla on Instagram, showed Deepika Padukone getting welcomed with a cake by a photographer.
The Bollywood actress not only cut the cake but also fed a piece to him. Deepika then had a little herself and also gave it to her husband Ranveer Singh.

For the travel, Deepika Padukone wore a long black outfit and matching boots. She also carried a bag and sported a pair of black sunglasses. Ranveer Singh was seen in a white T-shirt and green pants along with a black coat. He also wore a black cap, black sunglasses and white shoes.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika Padukone is currently gearing up for the release of ‘Fighter’, directed by Siddharth Anand.
‘Fighter’ also stars Hrithik Roshan, Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover and Akshay Oberoi. ‘Fighter’ is all set to hit theatres on January 25, 2024.
Apart from this, she will also be seen in the sci-fi action film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ along with Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Disha Patani, and more.
Deepika Padukone will also star in Rohit Shetty's ‘Singham Again’ with Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff and Ranveer Singh.
