Deepika Padukone’s sister Anisha opened up about the impending arrival of the newest member to the family.
Bollywood stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who fell in love with each other on the sets of their first film ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela’, never fail to set couple goals. Ranveer and Deepika always show support for each other publicly and never shy away from expressing love for one another, giving us plenty of adorable moments to gush about. The couple who tied the knot in November 2018, recently announced that they are expecting the birth of their first child in September 2024.
As fans of the duo continue to express their happiness on social media, Deepika Padukone's sister Anisha Padukone opened up about the impending arrival of the newest member to the family.
Anisha Padukone also revealed who among the family members is likely to spoil the baby the most.
In a conversation with MyFitness on iDiva, Anisha Padukone talked about Deepika and Ranveer's first baby.
“Great, great, first time feeling,” she said.
When asked about who she believes will spoil the baby the most among the family members, Anisha said, “Spoil. It’s a tough one. I want to say Ranveer but I have a sneaky feeling that my parents are also gonna be right up there.”

Anisha Padukone also said that there is a possibility of herself spoiling the child as well.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh had confirmed pregnancy on February 29, 2024.
Taking to Instagram, Deepika Padukone shared an image that showcased all baby things -- baby clothes, baby toys, and baby accessories. On the image, the text read, “September 2024.”
For the unversed, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh had tied the knot in November 2018 after six years of dating. The duo has starred in films like ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela’, ‘Bajirao Mastani’, ‘Padmaavat’, and ‘83’.
Deepika and Ranveer will be next seen together in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’.
Deepika was last seen in Siddharth Anand’s ‘Fighter’ alongside Hrithik Roshan, Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, and Akshay Oberoi.
She will next star in Nag Ashwin's 'Kalki 2898' AD alongside Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan.
Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh will headline Farhan Akhtar's 'Don 3', which is slated to arrive in 2025.
