Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor, who was last seen alongside Rajkummar Rao in the 2024 Hindi movie ‘Mr & Mrs Mahi’, stepped out in Mumbai to attend the trailer preview event of her upcoming film ‘Ulajh’. Apart from remaining in the limelight for her acting projects and stunning public appearances, Janhvi Kapoor also grabs attention for her dating rumours with Shikhar Pahariya. While she hasn’t confirmed dating him, the Bollywood diva has dropped multiple hints about their romance.
From being spotted together on several occasions to talking about him on ‘Koffee With Karan’, Janhvi Kapoor has done it all. She also wore a necklace with his nickname on it at the screening of Ajay Devgn’s Hindi movie ‘Maidaan’, produced by her father Boney Kapoor. Recently, Janhvi and Shikhar also attended Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding festivities together.
At the trailer preview of ‘Ulajh’, Janhvi Kapoor shut down her wedding rumours with Shikhar Pahariya when a reporter asked her about the same. A recent video from her film’s promotion, shared by Indian Express Entertainment on Instagram, mentioning her wedding has gone viral online.

In the video, a reporter can be heard asking Janhvi Kapoor, “Is it some wedding news?” to which the Bollywood actress quickly reacted, “Are you mad?”, rubbishing her wedding rumours with Shikhar Pahariya.
The much-in-love couple was recently spotted attending Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s extravagant wedding ceremony.
Recently, in an Instagram post shared by Instant Bollywood, it was stated that Janhvi Kapoor would be tying the knot with Shikhar Pahariya in Tirupati temple. However, she rubbished the speculations with a witty reply. Shutting down the rumours, Janhvi Kapoor commented on the post, “Kuch bhi.”
Janhvi Kapoor, who recently confirmed her relationship with Shikhar Pahariya while speaking to Mirchi Plus, said, “He (Shikhar Pahariya) has been in my life since I was 15-16. I think my dreams have always been his dreams, and his dreams have always been my dreams. We’ve been very close. We’ve been each other’s support system almost as if we’ve raised each other.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Janhvi Kapoor was last seen in the sports drama ‘Mr And Mrs Mahi’, which also starred Rajkummar Rao. The film opened to mixed reviews from critics.
She will be next seen in ‘Ulajh’, which will be released on August 2. Janhvi Kapoor will also mark her Telugu debut with ‘Devara: Part 1’, co-starring Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan.
The Bollywood actress also has ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ alongside Varun Dhawan in the pipeline. Janhvi Kapoor will also be seen opposite Ram Charan in his next untitled film.
