Trust John Abraham to not take anything lying down. In the latest entertainment news, the Bollywood hunk recently attended the trailer launch event of his upcoming film 'Vedaa', which also stars Sharvari Wagh, Abhishek Banerjee, and Tamannaah Bhatia. Now, a video is going viral on social media in which the 'Pathaan' star called out a reporter for asking a "bad question" about his career. For the unversed, during the trailer launch event, a journalist told John Abraham, that the actor has only been focusing on action movies, and he does not do anything fresh. "Aap ek ki tarah ke role kar rahe hai, action par dhyaan de rahe hai. Kuch naya laayee na sir."

A visibly annoyed John Abraham then said, "Aap ne film dekhi hai? Can I call out bad questions and idiots?”

"Mai bas yahi kehna chahta hu ki ye film alag hai, mere hisab se toh I think it is a very intense performance that I have done. Film dekhiye aap, uske baad aap judge kijiye and then I am all yours, whatever you say. If you are wrong, then I am going to turn around and tear you apart," added John Abraham.

For the unversed, 'Vedaa' has been directed by Nikkhil Advani. The movie is the fourth collaboration of John Abraham with Nikkhil’s Emmay Entertainment after Batla House and the two 'Satyameva Jayate' films.

"With all due respect to Batla House, Satyameva Jayate and everything we have done, Vedaa is the best work Nikkhil and I have done together. It’s outstanding,” John Abraham said at the trailer launch event.

"I tell the team always that when a film isn’t good, no amount of marketing will help it. I’m pumped and I’m proclaiming on stage, Vedaa is a really good film. It’ll work. Now how much will it work, I don’t know. But it has fantastic actors and Nikkhil as the director. I’m saying this on-record—and I’m a half-Parsi, so if something’s bad, I say it. I don’t care. Vedaa is a very good film," he added.

'Vedaa' is set to release in cinemas on August 15, and it will clash with Shraddha Kapoor's 'Stree 2' and Akshay Kumar's 'Khel Khel Mein'.
