Actress Kangana Ranaut, who has given acclaimed performances in movies like 'Queen' and 'Tanu Weds Manu', will soon be fighting the upcoming Lok Sabha Election on an BJP seat from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. In the latest entertainment news, a video is going massively viral on social media in which Kangana Ranaut called Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose as independent India's first Prime Minister.

Kangana Ranaut was being interviewed by anchor Navika Kumar at the Times Now Summit, and it was then that the actress ended up making the bizarre claim. 

"Pehle mujhe ye baat aaj clear karne dijiye, jab hume azaadi mili toh the first Prime Minister of India, Subhash Chandra Bose, wo kahan the," Kangana said in a viral video clip.

When Navika Kumar told Kangana Ranaut that Subhash Chandra Bose was not the first Prime Minister of independent India, Kangana then said, "Then why was he not? Why?"

Kangana Ranaut is now being brutally trolled on social media.

On the work front, Kangana Ranaut will next be seen in the Hindi film 'Emergency'. The film is directed by Kangana Ranaut herself, and it will be releasing in cinemas on June 14, 2024.

'Emergency' will be clashing with Kabir Khan and Kartik Aaryan's 'Chandu Champion' at the box office.
