Neetu Kapoor and Zeenat Aman recently appeared on Karan Johar’s chat show ‘Koffee With Karan 8’.

‘Koffee With Karan’, hosted by ace filmmaker-producer Karan Johar, is one of the most-watched chat shows in India. The eighth season of ‘KWK’, which premiered in October 2023, became a huge talking point on social media. The season premiere had Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone as guests. So far, we have seen some interesting pairings on the show, including Sunny and Bobby Deol, Ananya Panday and Sara Ali Khan, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor, among many more. The recently-released episode featured iconic veteran actresses Neetu Kapoor and Zeenat Aman.

The recent episode was an entertaining watch, which featured a mix of sizzling gossip, engaging conversations, and the evergreen actresses added vintage charm to the show.

Neetu Kapoor, who was at her candid best and spoke about her personal and professional life openly, also shared what she wished Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor would take from her marriage with late iconic actor Rishi Kapoor.

When host Karan Johar questioned Neetu Kapoor about the “one thing” from her marriage that she wished Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor would embrace, the veteran actress said, “Nothing. Because in today’s day and age, do what you want to do. Just be happy. And also, every generation is different. What I went through, I can’t expect them to do the same thing, so they know their own vibe.”

Neetu Kapoor also shared that the name ‘Raha’ perfectly suits her granddaughter because it brings a sense of calmness whenever she looks at her.

She said, “I feel this name just suits her. I feel very rahat when I see her. She has got such a beautiful, lovely, happy face.”

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed Raha on November 6, 2022. Announcing her name, the couple wrote, “The name Raha (chosen by her wise and wonderful Dadi) has so many beautiful meanings…Raha, in its purest form means divine path, in Swahili she is Joy, in Sanskrit, Raha is a clan, in Bangla – rest, comfort, relief, in Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom & bliss.”

On Christmas 2023, the celebrity couple finally introduced their daughter Raha to the world. Ranbir and Alia posed with Raha for the first time.
