Shehnaaz Gill recently went live on Instagram to inform fans that she is hospitalised since a few days after a stomach infection.
Shehnaaz Gill, who recently featured in the new Hindi movie ‘Thank You For Coming’, became a household name after participating in the Salman Khan-hosted show ‘Bigg Boss 13’. The Bollywood actress gained a massive fan following because of her cute antics and unfiltered opinions. From her funny conversations with co-contestants to her beautiful chemistry with fellow ‘BB 13’ participant and late actor Sidharth Shukla, Shehnaaz was the most-talked-about contestant on the show. Post ‘BB 13’, she did a few shows and music videos before finally making her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan’s 2023 movie ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’.
Even after entering Bollywood, Shehnaaz Gill’s fun and bubbly nature has remained the same. Recently, Shehnaaz Gill went live on Instagram to inform her fans that she is hospitalised since a few days after a stomach infection. And her positive and lively nature once again won hearts online.
While the live is not available to watch on her Instagram account anymore, Pinkvilla Telly shared a glimpse of Shehnaaz Gill’s IG live. And one particular bit from it caught our attention.

In the video, Shehnaaz Gill said, “Dekho time sabka aata hai, sabka jaata hai. Mere saath bhi wahi hua hai. Fir aayega thode din baad.”
Shehnaaz Gill informed her Instagram followers that she had consumed a sandwich outside, which led to her developing an infection.
She added, “Guys, I’m fine now. Mai theek nhi thi. Mujhe infection hogaya tha. Maine na sandwich kha liya tha. Bahar ka khaana mat khao. Infection ho rahi hai… food infection jo ki mujhe hui.”
Shehnaaz Gill then read a comment from a fan, who called her cute. She playfully added, “I am not cute. Maine filter lagaya hai.”
She later read a comment from another fan who asked her, “Kya hua aapko?” Shehnaaz Gill said, “Mujhe pata tha agar main live aagayi mujhe sympathy milegi. Ye mujhe nahi chahiye.”
In the comments section of Pinkvilla Telly’s video, several fans wished Shehnaaz Gill a speedy recovery.
One fan wrote, “Get well soon Shehnaaz.”
Another one said, “Get well soon queen.”
During her IG live, Shehnaaz Gill also promised to come and visit theatres once she’s fine and asked everyone to send their feedback on the film.
Rhea Kapoor, the producer of ‘Thank You For Coming’, paid Shehnaaz Gill a visit to check on her health.
Shehnaaz Gill’s new Hindi movie ‘Thank You For Coming’ also stars Bhumi Pednekar, Kusha Kapila, Shibani Bedi and Dolly Singh.
The film is about a 30-year-old woman Kanika, played by Bhumi Pednekar, and her quest for real love and orgasm.
The coming-of-age comedy is directed by Karan Boolani from a script penned by Radhika Anand and Prashasti Singh.
