Amid the buzz around ‘Fighter’, rumours of the Bollywood actress joining the cast of the third season of HBO’s wildly popular series ‘The White Lotus’ have emerged.
Deepika Padukone, who made her Hollywood debut in ‘XXX: Return of Xander Cage’ with Vin Diesel, has reportedly bagged a role in the third season of ‘The White Lotus’. Amid the rumours, a screenshot emerged on Reddit, featuring her mother-in-law Anju Bhavnani’s X (formerly Twitter) account. The account had liked three posts about Deepika Padukone’s rumoured appearance on the show.

One user commented on the post, “I’m happy for her if it’s true! But at the same time PC was probably my favorite bollywood actress from her era in terms of acting and now I literally cant stand any of her American performances. I really don’t want the same thing to happen to DP.”
