Yami Gautam and husband-director Aditya Dhar are all set to become parents this year. They were recently spotted at an event together.
Bollywood actress Yami Gautam and husband, director-writer Aditya Dhar met on the sets of the hit 2019 Bollywood movie ‘URI: The Surgical Strike’ and fell in love. The celebrity couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in June 2021, marking a new chapter in their lives. And now, the much-in-love couple is expecting their first child. While they haven’t announced that they are expecting, several recent reports suggest that the couple will soon embrace parenthood. Yami Gautam, who will be next seen in ‘Article 370’, recently attended the official trailer launch of the film.
She was accompanied by her husband Aditya Dhar, who has served as a writer and producer for the film. During the trailer launch, Yami Gautam’s baby bump was quite noticeable and marked the first appearance of the parents-to-be. Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar were all smiles as they posed at the trailer launch of ‘Article 370’.
Taking to Instagram, Pinkvilla shared a video of the celebrity couple from the trailer launch event. “@yamigautam spotted at an event, and wow, just look at that glow! She’s expecting her first baby and we’re just so full of love,” read the caption.

A source spoke to Hindustan Times about the couple’s pregnancy and said, “Yami is extremely ecstatic ever since she learnt about her pregnancy. It’s going to be most probably a May baby. The family had been keeping everything hush hush until now.”
“Yami and Dhar are going to announce it soon, since she will also be promoting her next thriller now. She is the lead and he is producing it. So it makes sense to clear the air officially as it will already be evident to people. They can’t wait to share the news with the world,” added the source.
Talking about the upcoming film ‘Article 370’, it is produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar, and Lokesh Dhar. The movie has been directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale.
It marks the second collaboration between Aditya Dhar and Yami Gautam after ‘URI’. The film is slated to release theatrically on February 23, 2024.
The upcoming movie also stars Priya Mani, Arun Govil, Vaibhav Tatwawadi, Skand Thakur, Ashwini Koul, Kiran Karmarkar, Divya Seth Shah, Raj Zutshi, Sumit Kaul, Raj Arjun, Asit Gopinath Redij, Ashwani Kumar and Irawati Harshe Mayadev.
