'Yodha', directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha, starring Sidharth Malhotra, Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani, has finally released in cinemas, and the reactions are coming in thick and fast. For the unversed, 'Yodha' is the first theatrical release of Sidharth Malhotra in 2024 and the new Hindi movie sees the actor donning the army uniform once again after 'Shershaah'. In the latest entertainment fans on Twitter are hailing the action displayed in 'Yodha', and netizens have also taken a special liking towards the VFX.

While the netizens are praising the film, critics have given a mixed verdict to 'Yodha'. While some have praised the film for its slick screenplay, others are criticising the climax in particular. However, the praise for Sidharth Malhotra is unanimous.
'Yodha' has been produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar and Shashank Khaitan. Sagar Ambre has scripted the film apart from co-directing it.
Apart from Sidharth, Disha and Raashii, the film also stars Ronit Roy, Tanuj Virwani, Sunny Hinduja and Kritika Bhardwaj.
Speaking of 'Yodha', the new Hindi film sold 71,206 tickets for the opening day, grossing Rs 1.33 crore in terms of advance booking, as per industry tracker Sacnilk.
It is unlikely that the film would be able to record a double digit opening.
