In these stunning photos, Kareena Kapoor posed in an exquisite blush pink couture gown by Anamika Khanna.
The strapless gown, constructed in fluid pleated fabric, draped gracefully over her frame with a gathered ruched effect at the bodice and waist, sculpting a statuesque silhouette. The gown also came with a décolletage-flaunting neckline, a bodycon fit, an ankle-length hem and a back slit.
But what elevated the look from glamorous to unforgettable was the intricately embroidered beige-golden silk cape she layered over the gown.
The cape, draped on her arms, featured an open front and colourful floral thread embroidery - completed the look. The cape’s floor-sweeping length added a classy touch.
Accessorising minimally but impactfully, Kareena Kapoor wore a rose gold diamond necklace and matching drop earrings and rings from Bvlgari. She also sported gold pee-toe stilettos featuring embellished straps.
For her beauty look, the Bollywood actress went the polished route. Her makeup featured a clean, dewy base, pink-hued smokey eyes, mascara-coated lashes, feathered brows, glossy peachy pink nude lips, softly contoured and blushed cheeks. Her hair was pulled back into a sleek bun — a choice that drew attention to the jewellery and allowed the ensemble’s textures to shine.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan last featured in Rohit Shetty's ‘Singham Again’. The movie, co-starring Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar, minted over Rs 240 crore in India.
The film was released in cinemas on November 1 last year, clashing with Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’.
