Draped in a soft, flowing fabric, the saree bloomed with delicate floral patterns in hues of blue and pink over a blush-toned base. Its dreamy pallu cascaded gracefully, enhancing the romantic charm, while the drape was styled in a contemporary manner – the pallu wrapped as a strapless blouse, flaunting her toned midriff. This fusion of tradition and modernity created a head-turning silhouette perfect for editorial elegance.
Adding to the regal vibe, Rakul Preet Singh was adorned with a rare Basra pearl necklace from Chaulaz Heritage Jewellery, a piece over a century old, rich in heirloom appeal. The ornate polki work was enhanced with pearls and multi-coloured gemstones, creating a striking contrast against the pastel saree. Matching statement earrings and traditional kadas further elevated the look, turning it into a masterpiece of vintage opulence.
