A video is going viral on social media, in which a fan can be seen hurling a phone at singer Bebe Rexha during a concert.
A 27-year-old man named Nicolas Malvagna has been arrested and charged with assault after he hurled his phone at singer-songwriter Bebe Rexha during a concert at venue Pier 17 in New York City on Sunday. The man hails from New Jersey, as per a report in NDTV. The video of the fan hurling his phone is going viral on social media, and singer Bebe Rexha can be seen being rushed off the stage.

In the videos being shared online, Bebe Rexha can be seen slumping to her knees and in a lot pain when the phone strikes the side of her head.
She was later escorted from the venue with her hands pressed to her face.
Bebe Rexha has already posted an update on her Instagram saying: "Im good."
She posted a picture that shows her face with an apparent black eye and stiches.

As per various reports, Bebe Rexha needed three stiches to close her wound.
After signing with Warner Records in 2013, Rexha had received songwriting credits on Eminem's single 'The Monster' and it also received the Grammy for Best Rap/Sung Performance.
She has also contributed songwriting to songs recorded by Shinee, Selena Gomez, and Nick Jonas.
