Coming back to Donald Trump, he is now the first former US President to be ever convicted of a crime.
He was found guilty on all charges in the hush money case, months before a US election which could see return to the White House. The jury has found Trump guilty on each of the 34 counts of falsifying business records to hide a payment meant to silence porn star Stormy Daniels, as reported by news agency AFP.
As per several reports, Donald Trump can now be sentenced to four years in prison, but he is likely to receive probation.
It is important to mention that despite the guilty verdict, Donald Trump is not barred from continuing his battle to defeat US President Joe Biden in the upcoming election.
