Kendrick Lamar To Perform At 2025 Super Bowl Half-Time Show
Rapper Kendrick Lamar will be performing at the 2025 Super Bowl half-time show.
Rapper Kendrick Lamar will be performing at the 2025 Super Bowl Half Time show. He will give a performance at the 2025 Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime show, Roc Nation, Apple Music, and the NFL announced on Sunday. For the unversed, Super Bowl LIX is scheduled to be played on February 9, 2025, at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. As per Variety, this performance will be Kendrick Lamar's second during the half-time show, following his featured spot during Dr Dre’s 2022 all-star tag team of Lamar, Mary J Blige, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and 50 Cent.
This announcement also follows Kendrick Lamar’s musical battle with Drake earlier this year.
"Rap music is still the most impactful genre to date,” he said, as per Variety. “And I’ll be there to remind the world why. They got the right one," he added.

Kendrick Lamar's performance will follow last year's featured performer, Usher, who was joined by Alicia Keys, Ludacris and H.E.R, as well.
For the unversed, Kendrick Lamar is one of the most well-known rappers in the world. He has so far won 17 Grammy awards.
In 2018, he had also become the first non-classical, non-jazz musician to win a Pulitzer Prize, for his 2017 album 'Damn'.
