Netflix's 'Tudum' event is becoming an annual tradition.

Netflix's 'Tudum' is becoming an annual tradition and the streaming platform holds a big event to show off some of its biggest upcoming shows, movies, and games. The latest ‘Tudum’ event took place in Brazil and we got the first look of much-anticipated projects like 'The Archies', 'Heart of Stone', 'One Piece', '3 Body Problem', and 'Avatar: The Last Airbender'. Some updates were also given on marquee shows like 'You', 'Bridgerton', 'Stranger Things' and 'Wednesday'. 

Here are some of the biggest updates to come out of 'Netflix Tudum event':

'One Piece' series trailer

Netflix has finally revealed the trailer for its adaptation of 'One Piece'. The 90-second clip shows off the live-action pirate series, featuring the main cast, including Inaki Godoy in the lead role. The series will premiere on August 31, 2023.

'Bridgerton Season 3' update

Netflix revealed the images of Penelope and Colin’s love story in the upcoming third season of Bridgerton. The third season will also welcome new showrunner and executive producer Jess Brownell. Van Dusen will remain an executive producer for the third season alongside Shonda Rhimes, Betsy Beers, and Tom Verica.

'You’ Season 5

'Stranger Things' new cast addition 

Netflix also confirmed a new cast addition of Season 5 of 'Stranger Things' and it is none other than 'Terminator' star Linda Hamilton.

Behind-the-scenes look at Zack Snyder's 'Rebel Moon'

Netflix also debuted a behind-the-scenes clip of Zack Snyder's upcoming sci-fi film 'Rebel Moon'. The featurette gives an insight into what the movie will actually be like. The movie will premiere on Netflix on December 22.

'Avatar: The Last Airbender' premiere reveal

Netflix has confirmed that 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' will be premiering on the streaming platform in 2024. 

'3 Body Problem' trailer

This was one of the biggest highlights of the Tudum event, and we have finally gotten the first teaser-trailer for the adaptation of author Cixin Liu's 'The Three Body Problem'. The series will start streaming in January 2024, and 'Game of Thrones' showrunners David Benioff and DB Weiss are leading this project.

'Money Heist' prequel look

'Money Heist's much-loved character 'Berlin' is getting his own spin-off and the series starts streaming in December 2023.

'Extraction 3' confirmed

Chris Hemsworth confirmed that 'Extraction 3' is in the works, just days after 'Extraction 3' premiered on Netflix.

Apart from all this, the trailers of 'The Archies' and 'Heart of Stone' were also premiered at the event.
