Rapper Kanye West can no longer post on Twitter after his account was suspended. The suspension came after Kanye West tweeted a post featuring a swastika on Thursday evening. Thursday turned out to be quite an eventful day for Kanye West as he first made controversial remarks, saying he likes "Hitler and Nazis". The rapper then posted a few controversial tweets, including supposed texts between himself and Twitter CEO Elon Musk. As per The Hollywood Reporter, the tweets included praise and support for Balenciaga following the recent backlash against the company. He also posted a merged picture of a swastika with a Star of David.

Twitter quickly deleted this particular post.

"Just clarifying that his account is being suspended for incitement to violence, not an unflattering pic of me being hosed by Ari. Frankly, I found those pics to be helpful motivation to lose weight," tweeted Elon Musk.

When a Twitter user said: "ELON FIX KANYE PLEASE", the Twitter CEO replied, saying: "I tried my best. Despite that, he again violated our rule against incitement to violence. Account will be suspended."

Earlier on Thursday, Kanye West said that he likes Hitler and Nazis. In a video that has now gone viral on Twitter, Kanye West can be seen speaking with Jones, where he says: "I like Hitler".

In the livestream, Kanye West went on to praise Hitler and Nazis, and he even denied the Holocaust.

“Every human being has something of value that they brought to the table, especially Hitler. Also Hitler was born Christian," said Kanye West who is now known as 'Ye', as reported by Rollingstone.

Last month, mega sportswear brand Adidas broke ties with Kanye West after the star passed anti-Semitic comments.

Kanye West and Adidas had a major collaboration, in which the brand developed its successful "Yeezy" line of clothing.
