“This Is Huge”: John Cena Welcomes “World Renowned” Priyanka Chopra Aboard ‘Heads Of State’ Alongside Idris Elba
Priyanka Chopra has signed a new Hollywood film with John Cena and Idris Elba. She is currently promoting her series ‘Citadel’.
It’s Priyanka Chopra’s era! The global star, who is gearing up for the release of her upcoming Amazon Prime video series ‘Citadel’, has bagged a new international project. In the latest Hollywood news today, the actress has signed an action film with John Cena and Idris Elba. The actress shared screenshots of a report by Deadline on Instagram and captioned it as "On to the next". She tagged her co-stars Idris Elba and John Cena, director Ilya Naishuller and production company Amazon Studios.
According to Deadline, the upcoming Hollywood film will go on the floors in May. Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec have written the script for the film with an initial draft by Harrison Query.

Welcoming Priyanka Chopra on board, John Cena tweeted, "Thank You Amazon Studios for assembling such a dream team. Excited to get to work on Heads Of State with Idris Elba and welcome the newest cast member, the world renowned Priyanka Chopra."
Replying to John Cena's tweet, the actress wrote, "Thank you for the warm welcome John Cena. I can't wait to get to set! let's gooooo Amazon Studios. #headsofstate." She also tagged co-star Idris Elba.

Talking about Priyanka Chopra, she has starred in multiple Hollywood projects including ‘The Matrix Resurrections’, ‘Baywatch’, ‘Isn't It Romantic’, ‘A Kid Like Jake’ and ‘We Can Be Heroes’ to name a few.
She will next be seen in the Hollywood film ‘Love Again’ with Sam Heughan, Celine Dion. Nick Jonas has a cameo appearance in the movie.
The actress will also headline Russo Brothers' series ‘Citadel’, which is slated to release on April 28. She is busy with the series' promotional duties in Mumbai. The upcoming Amazon Prime Video series will also feature Richard Madden.
She also has a Bollywood project in the pipeline. Priyanka Chopra will be starring alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in Farhan Akhtar's ‘Jee Le Zaraa’.
