Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently reacted to a young girl’s amazing performance to the hit ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ song ‘Oo Antava’.
Indian stars Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, which released in December 2021, was a massive success. The movie’s dialogues and its songs became a major hit among the masses. The film’s tracks such as ‘Oo Antava’, ‘Srivalli’, and ‘Saami Saami’, went viral and were widely used on Instagram reels by several fans and celebrities alike. While the movie was released in 2021, its craze is far from over. And looks like the ‘Oo Antava’ fever is still not over as a young girl’s performance on the hit dance number is winning hearts online.
Indian actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who featured in the original music video of ‘Oo Antava’, has reacted to the adorable young girl’s incredible performance. The video in question was shared by an Instagram user Ayra Maryam.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu re-shared the video on her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Seeing this video maybe I should’ve done better.”
In the dance video, three super adorable young girls can be seen sharing the dance stage seemingly at a family event. Two of the girls, who seem slightly nervous, back out as the song begins to play. Out of the three, one little girl takes everyone by surprise with her attitude and stellar moves.
The video not only caught Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s attention but also got a thumbs up from actress Trisha Krishnan who commented on the video saying, “Toooo good” along with a smiley and clap emoji.
For the unversed, ‘Oo Antava’ was composed by Devi Sri Prasad with the original Telugu version of the track being sung by Indravathi Chauhan and lyrics penned by Chandrabose.
The song featured Allu Arjun and Samantha Ruth Prabhu setting the dance floor on fire, with choreography handled by Ganesh Acharya.
After the massive hit of ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna are returning with its sequel – ‘Pushpa: The Rule’. Directed by Sukumar, the film will release in theatres on August 15, 2024.
Coming back to Samantha Ruth Prabhu, she was last seen in the 2023 movie ‘Kushi’, co-starring Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role.
She will next be seen in the Amazon Prime Video series ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’. The spy action show is written and directed by Raj & DK along with Sita R Menon. The series will also star Varun Dhawan in the lead role.
