It’s the month of love and Priyanka Chopra treated her fans with the first trailer of her upcoming romantic movie, ‘Love Again’, on the occasion of Valentine’s Day 2023. The Hollywood film, also featuring ‘Outlander’ star Sam Heughan, is less comedy and more romance with a slight twist and some surprises. The recently released trailer of ‘Love Again’ is generating a tad bit excitement for several reasons. Apart from its distinguished cast, the film features some great music too from Celine Dion.
Yes, you read that right! ‘Love Again’ not just has Celine Dion as an integral part of the cast but also features music composed by her. Another exciting bit? Priyanka Chopra’s husband and singer Nick Jonas’ hilarious cameo in the trailer.

The trailer begins with a glimpse of Priyanka Chopra as Mira who struggles to move on with her life after the death of her boyfriend. She keeps texting at the old number, which is now being used by Sam Heughan’s character Rob Burns, as his new work phone.
Sam’s character Rob is introduced as a journalist, who gets fascinated by Mira's (Priyanka) honest and heartbroken texts. And he eventually falls for her. Rob is assigned to write a piece about singer Celine Dion and she helps Rob to find Mira. Rob and Mira cross paths at an opera night and hit it off instantly. But, Rob struggles to figure out how to confess to Mira about receiving those texts and falling in love with her over messages.
The trailer also features Priyanka Chopra and Sam Heughan sharing a passionate kiss. But before this, viewers get a glimpse of Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra’s awkward date.
Mira (Priyanka) tries to “put herself out there” and goes on a date with Jonas’ character, which doesn’t work out well, leading to an awkward kiss.
‘Love Again’ is directed by Jim Strouse and is slated to release in theatres on May 12, 2023. The upcoming Hollywood movie is based on the 2016 German film ‘SMS fur Dich’ by Karoline Herfurth.
‘Love Again’ is backed by Screen Gems and distributed by Sony Pictures. The film also features Russell Tovey, Steve Oram, Omid Djalili, Sofia Barclay, Lydia West, Arinze Kene and Celia Imrie.
Talking about Priyanka Chopra, she cemented her position in Hollywood with the show ‘Quantico’. She went on to star in ‘Isn’t It Romantic’ and ‘The Matrix Resurrections’.
Besides ‘Love Again’, Priyanka Chopra will also be seen in sci-fi drama series ‘Citadel’, co-starring Richard Madden.
