A clip is going insanely viral on social media in which an Indian Army Major General Prasanna Joshi, can be seen performing 25 pull-ups without taking any break. The video has been shared by Lt Colonal JS Sodhi (retired) on X (formerly Twitter), and it shows Major General Joshi, wearing his uniform and walking towards a pull-ups station in a gym.
He then performs 25 repetitions of the pull-up exercise without breaking a sweat. Young Army men, who were present in the gym, could not help but applaud him.
