CWC 2023, India vs Bangladesh: Sachin Tendulkar's daughter Sara was seen cheering emphatically as Shubman Gill hit a boundary.
Cricket World Cup 2023 is turning out to be an entertaining tournament, and hosts India are enjoying a golden run. Team India have won all four of their matches so far, and look poised to enter the semi-finals without much fuss. The Rohit Sharma-led side brushed aside the challenge of Bangladesh easily as the hosts chased down the target of 257 inside 42 overs with seven wickets to spare.
Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, and Virat Kohli, all played quality innings to help India register a comprehensive win. Openers Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill put on 88 runs for the opening wicket, and both batters were hitting boundaries for fun.
A video is going insanely viral on social media, in which Sachin Tendulkar's daughter, Sara, can be seen cheering emphatically as Shubman Gill hit a boundary.
On the second ball of the seventh over, Shubman Gill charged down the pitch, and he tried to hit the ball over covers, but he managed to get an edge, and the ball flew to the boundary ropes.
As soon as the umpire signalled four, the camera panned to Sara Tendulkar, who was sitting in the stands, and she was seen cheering emphatically. For the unversed, it is rumoured that Sara Tendulkar and Shubman Gill are dating each other.

However, the night truly belonged to Virat Kohli as he registered his 48th ODI ton, and he just needs two more centuries to break Sachin Tendulkar's record of registering most number of centuries in the ODI format.
In the end, Virat Kohli and KL Rahul remained unbeaten on 103 and 34, respectively. Earlier, Rohit and Gill had played knocks of 48 and 53, respectively.
Team India will next square off against New Zealand. The table-toppers will clash on Sunday, October 23 at Dharamsala.
