Pictures of Balkaur Singh, Shubhdeep and Sidhu Moose Wala were shown at Times Square, New York.

Late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala's parents, Balkaur Singh and Charan Kaur, were recently blessed with a baby boy, and they named the newborn Shubhdeep - after his late brother, Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly known as Sidhu Moose Wala. In the latest entertainment news, pictures of Balkaur Singh, Shubhdeep and Sidhu Moosewala were shown at Times Square, New York, and several videos are now going viral on social media.

A fan shared a video of the tribute for Sidhu and his newborn brother at Times Square. He captioned the post as, "Big moment for Sidhu Moose Wala: His dad and newborn baby’s photo shining bright in New York’s Time Square.”

In the video, a picture of Balkaur and Shubhdeep is shown, apart from a childhood picture of Sidhu Moose Wala. Another picture also showed Sidhu with his father.

Earlier this month, Sidhu Moose Wala's father had confirmed the birth of the newborn.

The 60-year-old also said that the entire family is healthy. He also shared a photo with his newborn and a portrait of the late singer.

"With the blessings of millions of souls who love Shubdeep, the Almighty has put Shubh's younger brother in our group," Balkaur Singh wrote in Punjabi on Instagram. 

"With the blessings of Waheguru, the family is healthy and thankful to all the well-wishers for their immense love," he added.

For the unversed, Sidhu Moose Wala's mother Charan Kaur, conceived through the In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) technique. 

Speaking of Sidhu Moose Wala, he is regarded as one of the greatest Punjabi artists of his generation. He is known for songs like 'So High', 'G Wagon', '47 and 'Mera Na'.

The singer was shot dead by unidentified assailants in May 2022. A Canada-based gangster, Lawrence Bishnoi then claimed responsibility for the killing.
