Earlier, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma had gifted paparazzi several goodies for "respecting the privacy" of their kids. The goodie basket included a power bank, a bag to store things, a smartwatch, and a water bottle.

"Today, we received a thoughtful gift delivery at our residence. The esteemed power couple, Virat and Anushka, kindly sent the gift to express their appreciation for our happiness and the arrival of our second child.

Enclosed with the gift was a heartfelt note that read, “We sincerely thank you for respecting the privacy of our children and for your unwavering cooperation," paparazzo account Viral Bhayani wrote on Instagram.

Along with the goodies, Anushka and Virat also sent out a note, which read, "Thank you for respecting the privacy of our kids, and always being co-operative. With love, Anushka and Virat."

For the unversed, Anushka Sharma had tied the knot with Virat Kohli in December 2017. The couple then welcomed their daughter, Vamika, in January 2021.

The duo then welcomed their second child, a baby boy, Akaay in February 2024.

Coming back to the T20 World Cup, India will open their campaign on June 5 against Ireland in New York. India will then play arch-rivals Pakistan on June 9 at the same venue.
