“Ek Hi Baat Bol Raha Hun…”: Ankita Lokhande On Salman Khan’s Advice To Make Her Marriage With Vicky Jain “Stronger”
Ankita Lokhande recently revealed that she met Salman Khan after ‘Bigg Boss 17’ concluded and he advised her on how to make her marriage work.
‘Bigg Boss 17’, hosted by Bollywood megastar Salman Khan, came to an end in January 2024 with stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui winning the show. ‘Bigg Boss 17’, which ran for several months, introduced us to many lesser-known celebrities like Abhishek Kumar, Isha Malviya, and Mannara Chopra. Among the many celebrities who were popular on the show, two contestants who remained in the limelight throughout were actress Ankita Lokhande and her husband-entrepreneur Vicky Jain. The celebrity couple were seen getting into nasty arguments over petty things.
The fights got so severe that things seemed to go downhill for the couple. Later, their families had to intervene and point out to them how badly this reflected on television. Recently, Ankita Lokhande revealed that she met Salman Khan after the show’s conclusion. She also shared that Salman Khan advised her on how to maker her marriage with Vicky Jain “stronger”.
During her latest appearance on Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiya’s vlog with Vicky Jain, Ankita Lokhande revealed that the ‘Dabangg’ star advised her to have kids.
Ankita Lokhande said, “Salman sir ne merko advice di thi jab main unse milne gayi thi, season khatam hone ke baad. He said, ‘Ek hi baat bol raha hun, bachcha kar lo.’ I was like, ‘Sir, kya bol rahe ho?’”
As Ankita Lokhande got awkward with what Salman Khan told her, he insisted, “No, I am telling you. Just have a baby.”
The Indian actress shared that Salman Khan meant good for her as she said, “He meant that after a child, a couple grows stronger together.”
Ankita Lokhande’s husband Vicky Jain agreed to the thought and added, “The marriages that stay intact for a long time are because of kids.”
Both Vicky Jain and Ankita Lokhande were among the promising contestants on ‘Bigg Boss 17’. Vicky Jain, often termed as the mastermind of the show, was fondly called 'Vicky Bhaiyya' on the show. Meanwhile, Ankita was known for playing the game from her heart and gave immense importance to the relationships made during her stay in the ‘Bigg Boss 17’ house.
After ‘Bigg Boss 17’, Vicky Jain and Ankita Lokhande were seen posing and partying with their friends. They also gave several media interviews.
Ankita Lokhande secured fourth spot in ‘Bigg Boss 17’, and Vicky Jain finished at the sixth position.
