'Anupama' Episode Recap, 24th February: Maya Harbouring Dreams Of Building Family With Anuj
In the latest episode of 'Anupama', we can see Maya harbouring dreams of building a family with Anuj.
In the previous episode of 'Anupama', we saw how Maya was up to her tricks and was trying to create differences between Anuj and Anupama. As soon as the fans saw this episode, they were left wondering about what will happen in the brand new offering of the show. The latest episode which aired on Disney+ Hotstar this morning sees the story move forward, and how Maya is not relenting on her dream of being with Anuj and Anu. In the Season 1, Episode 842, we see the story move forward and we also see how Vanraj now wants to be with Anupama. As the episode starts, we can see Vanraj talking to Anupama and the latter tells him that she came to Shahs house for her kids and not for him. He then asks her why is she explaining herself.
He also says that he is sad as she failed to go to the picnic with Anu and Anuj. Vanraj tells Anupama that whenever she is around, the house is in a happy space. However, Anupama tells him that both of them have their respective families.
Vanraj, though, tells her that he does not want to move on from them, leaving Anupama stunned.
In a completely different scene, Maya insists Anuj to go on a walk with her, however he completely ignores the request. Maya then dreams of spending time with Anuj. When reality strikes, she asks Anuj on what he likes the most, to which he replies poetry.
Then both Maya and Anuj see someone fixing their own car. Maya tells him that it would be risky to help a stranger, however, Anuj still decides to help the man.
Vanraj is still not ready to give up on Anupama and he tells her how he messed up his own house. Vanraj then says that he wants the old times back. This forces Anupama to lose her cool, and she tells him that she can never forget how Vanraj just gave her disrespect and pain. She then tells him that it is weird to see Vanraj going with Kanya when he was with her, and now he wants to come back to Anupama when he is with Kavya.
Anupama makes it clear to Vanraj that she is very happy with Anuj and Anu. She also advises Vanraj to accept Kavya as she tried to accept his family. Anupama tells Vanraj that there is no emotional connection left between them, but she will be there for him, whenever he needs her.
At the end of the episode, we can see Maya spotting Shambhu, which forces her to be stunned. Shambhu recognises Maya and he walks towards her, however, Anuj ends up stopping him.
