Ekta Kapoor’s popular daily soap ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2’ is grabbing a lot of attention these days because of its major twists and turns. The show has taken a 20-year leap and now focuses on Ram and Priya's daughters, Pihu (Pooja Banerjee) and Prachi (Niti Taylor) who live with their uncle, LK (Hiten Tejwani). Besides Pooja Banerjee and Niti Taylor, ‘BALH 2’, also stars Ranndeep R Rai as Raghav and Leenesh Mattoo as Angad.
After moving 20 years forward, ‘BALH 2’ took another leap of three years. The current plot of ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2’ revolves around Raghav, Pihu and Angad returning to Mumbai as the founders of ARP, a successful architectural firm.
In the latest episode, Prachi delayed her marriage with Josh after an argument between the two. Prachi caught Josh red-handed with another girl in a hotel room and called of their engagement. However, Josh proved his innocence and Prachi bought his lies, which later led to her apologising to the former.
Here’s what happened in ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2’ Episode 406:
The episode starts with Prachi apologising to Josh for lashing out at him as she got scared that he will leave her like the others have. Josh tells Prachi that he loves her and will be there with her always and starts apologising.
Prachi says that it is her fault and admits that she suspected him without any valid reason which was not right. Josh easily manipulates Prachi and makes her feel guilty for not trusting him after which Prachi decides that they will not marry each other until she succeeds in winning Josh’s trust again.
Prachi and Josh share a hug and Josh thanks Prachi for understanding him so nicely. Raghav hears the entire conversation between Prachi and Josh, while Pihu interrupts him and says that it is bad manners to eavesdrop like that.
Raghav tells Pihu that he does not see Prachi from the past perspective anymore but does feel bad about her as “love” is a vicious thing that destroys people. Pihu listens to Raghav as he says that people only fall in love, doom themselves, and follows him outside where Angad waits for them.
Raghav walks into the rain, while Angad and Pihu watch him from a distance and talk about how he is still attached to Prachi. Pihu thinks about her feelings towards Raghav and tells Angad that it is a pity that the person they love does not love them back.
As Pihu and Angad go inside to bring Pihu’s phone, Prachi comes outside and stands in the rain along with Raghav.
Raghav and Prachi make eye contact with each other, but Raghav leaves silently. Pihu tries to call Prachi but Raghav stops her and says that Prachi can help herself and they do not need to worry about her.
Later, Raghav, Pihu, and Angad go to Sarah’s house for dinner where Brinda hears Angad criticizing her for being an awful cook and bashes him in front of everyone.
Raghav hears Pihu and Sarah talking about the cancellation of the family dinner as Josh has delayed the wedding again but acts ignorant towards it.
Kiara asks Raghav to come to dinner with her the next day to which he agrees despite everyone asking him to turn down the invitation.
Prachi reaches home and tells Monica about how she was wrong in suspecting Josh of cheating when he was meeting the wedding planner. The next day, Sarah, Vikram, Monica, and LK come back from jogging and join Prachi at the breakfast table where LK asks Prachi why Josh cancelled the dinner the previous night.
Prachi handles the situation by telling LK that he does not need to rush her wedding like that and this time she delayed the marriage because of some reasons.
Even though Prachi acts as if she is fine, the adults discuss how they think things would be much better if Josh and Prachi’s marriage breaks. LK feels a bit guilty as he introduced Josh to Prachi and wonders if he took the right decision.
