‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3’ Episode Recap: Ram’s mother Shalini and Priya’s mother Anju finalise their marriage without their children’s consent.
‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3’, featuring Nakuul Mehta as Ram Kapoor and Disha Parmar as Priya Sood, seems to be moving at a fast pace. ‘BALH 3’, which started on May 25, is all set to showcase the crackling chemistry between the lead pair – Ram and Priya – fondly referred to as RaYa. While viewers thought the makers of the show will take their own sweet time to show the union of RaYa, the makers dropped a major surprise in the latest episode of the show.
In the latest episode, Ram Kapoor's mother Shalini informed him and the family that she had sent a marriage proposal to Priya's family which has been accepted by her mother Anju. Meanwhile, Ram is confused and shocked to hear the same.
On the other hand, Priya decided to talk to Ram's mother and turn down the marriage proposal. However, looking at her health condition, she decided against it. If you haven’t been able to catch up with the fifth episode of ‘BALH 3’, then we have got you covered.
Here is ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3’ Episode 11 recap:
The episode starts with Shalini announcing to the family members that she has talked to Priya's family and sent them the marriage proposal from Ram's side.
Ram chokes on his drink upon hearing Shalini's announcement while the family members remained confused as to what is going on. Ram's uncle asks about Ram and Priya's affair and says that they never got to know anything about them despite living together.
Shardul and Sonalika spot Ram standing like a frozen statue at the corner and Shardul comes to him to assure him that everything is happening in reality and none of it is a dream.
Ram asks Shalini what she told Priya's family to which Shalini says that she could not wait for Ram to take his baby steps to propose to Priya and directly conveyed the proposal to Anju which she accepted gladly.
Hearing that, Ram gets nervous and asks Shalini to think about her operation instead of fixing his marriage but Shalini replies that she would do so once Ram gets married.
Meanwhile, Priya gets furious after hearing that Anju said yes to the marriage proposal given by Shalini and says that Anju cannot take her life decisions without consulting her.
Anju says that Ram Kapoor is the perfect life partner for Priya and it will also shut up the relatives and Yuvraj.
Priya decides to go to the Kapoor mansion and turn down the marriage proposal. After the staff leads Priya to Shalini's room, Priya notices Shalini lying on the bed with a pale face and fails to talk about the proposal.
Shalini asks Priya to read a mantra that calms her down and listens to Priya's voice with her eyes closed.
At the same time, Ram goes to meet his girlfriend Kriti and asks her if she loves him to which Kriti replies with a yes and assures Ram that she has feelings for him.
As Ram asks Kriti to declare their love in front of everyone, Kriti says that telling Shalini about their relationship can pose a danger to her.
Ram gets confused on hearing Kriti while she explains to Ram that Shalini does not think Kriti is a good life partner for Ram and her feelings can get hurt when she hears that Ram loves Kriti instead of Priya.
Kriti says that they should not give Shalini any stress given her current health condition and says that the only solution they have is for Ram to marry Priya for now.
Ram gets shocked on hearing Kriti's suggestion and asks her if she is in her right mind. Kriti justifies herself by saying that Ram can get divorced from Priya after three months and by then Shalini would have also recovered from her surgery.
Hearing Kriti's logical point, Ram thinks about the suggestion as he cannot lose Shalini. Later, Yuvraj comes to meet Priya outside her apartment after he hears about the marriage news of Priya and Ram and starts mocking Priya.
Yuvraj says that Ram will not marry Priya and she would be left alone, which triggers Priya. She tells Yuvraj that she and Ram are marrying each other soon which leaves Yuvraj shocked and frustrated.
After Ram hears about Priya talking about her marrying him, Ram comes to talk to Priya and comforts Priya as she starts crying.
Ram says that they can marry each other for three months which leaves Priya shocked and she refuses the offer.
