‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3’ Episode Recap, 29 May: Alika Proposes To Yuvraj, Will He Break Up With Priya?
‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3’ Episode Recap: Alika asks Ram to verify Yuvraj’s relationship status after she proposes to him. Will Yuvraj call it quits with Priya?
Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar are back with the third season of the wildly popular daily soap ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain’. The iconic jodi made their television debut together in the hit show ‘Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara’. Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar later reunited for the second season of ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2’, which ran for nearly two years. However, ‘BALH 2’ took a major generational leap in Janaury 2023.
Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar were not keen on playing aged characters on screen post the leap and they decided to quit the show. New actors including Niti Taylor, Pooja Banerjee, Ranndeep Rai and Leenesh Mattoo were introduced to take the show forward after the leap.
‘BALH 2’, post the leap, started on a strong note. However, it failed to strike a chord with the viewers as the show went on. Makers then decided to bring back Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar as Ram and Priya once again with an all-new season of ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain’. The first episode of ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3’ debuted on May 25.

Here is ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3’ Episode 3 recap:
The episode starts with Shalini (Ram's mother) asking Ram what he would do when she is no longer with him. Ram asks Shalini never to say things like that and asks her to quietly eat her ice cream.
Shalini smiles and says that Ram brought her vanilla when chocolate is her favourite. Meanwhile, Priya comes outside into the garden of the colony and finds Yuvraj sitting there by himself.
Priya wishes Yuvraj a happy new year and says that she would have brought the cake she baked for him but another man finished it.
Yuvraj asks Priya where she is coming from to which Priya replies that she went to the clinic for an emergency patient named Shalini who came in for her toothache.
Priya says that the lady was very sweet but her son was impolite as he finished the whole cake and did not even leave a single piece.
However, Priya gives a dish she made for Yuvraj in the past when he was struggling but Yuvraj refuses to eat it as his life has changed and so has his tastes.
Yuvraj says that he wants to make it big like his boss Ram Kapoor as seeing him makes Yuvraj aspire to be like him one day.
Priya asks Yuvraj to be himself and have patience as his life would also change. Alika goes to Yuvraj's colony to return his phone and spots Yuvraj sitting with Priya leaning over his shoulder which makes her upset.
Alika hands over the phone to the security guard and leaves silently without meeting Yuvraj.
The next day, Alika tells Ram that there is certainly someone in Yuvraj's life and that girl whom she saw was not a friend for sure.
As Ram asks Alika how she can be so sure that the girl is Yuvraj's lover, Alika says that she can sense relationships by looking at people's body language.
Alika asks Ram to talk to Yuvraj and gain information about "Pillu" while Ram cracks up on hearing that name and asks Alika if she is sure that the person is a girl.
Ram also asks Alika to help him with something as his niece Sonalika has found her prince charming named Akhil and Shalini has kept a party at night where she would introduce girls to Ram for marriage.
Alika asks Ram to introduce Keerti to his mother but Ram refuses to do so as Keerti does not want to marry him right now.
At the same time, Priya meets her friend Neha whose boyfriend Akhil left her for another rich girl and is marrying her soon for money and a secure future.
Priya gets shocked to hear this and calls Yuvraj telling him to come quickly as they need to make Neha feel better.
Yuvraj gets shocked to hear that Akhil is marrying in Ram's family and feels envious of him. On the other hand, Keerti's car hits Shalini slightly while she and her friends were walking on the road and Keerti blames Shalini for not using the footpath.
Shalini scolds Keerti for talking like that to strangers and says that they were walking on the road because the footpath was broken.
Keerti does not hear Shalini out and later tells Ram about her argument with some old lady.
Ram asks Keerti to come to his house at night as he wants her to meet his mother and promises that they would not marry unless Keerti is ready.
Later, at night, Ram gets ready and comes downstairs to get shocked by the crowd of Shalini's friends coming into the party along with their daughters.
