“Aise Show Mein Nahi Aaogi…”: Mother-In-Law Wants Ankita Lokhande To Promise She Won't Ruin Family's Name Again
Vicky Jain’s mother, Rajani said that Ankita Lokhande should promise to never take part in a show where “hum logon ki image paani mein chali jaye”.
Indian actress Ankita Lokhande and her husband-entrepreneur Vicky Jain, who were in the ‘Bigg Boss 17’ house, remained in the news for their constant fights in the Salman Khan-hosted reality show. After their nasty arguments, Vicky Jain’s mother also made some snide remarks against Ankita Lokhande. In several media interviews, Vicky’s mother, Rajani Jain, accused Ankita of multiple things, including using her ex-boyfriend and late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s name to gain sympathy. The show finally came to an end on January 28, with Munawar Faruqui taking home the winner’s trophy.
The grand finale was nearly six hours long and saw many former ‘Bigg Boss 17’ contestants in attendance. Family members of the top five contestants were also present for the ‘Bigg Boss 17’ finale.
During the finale episode, Vicky Jain’s mother arrived as a guest to show support for her daughter-in-law Ankita Lokhande, along with the actress’ mother and Vicky Jain. Salman Khan was seen teasing Rajani Jain and Ankita Lokhande for all the chaos that former's comments had caused in the media and on the show.
Salman Khan then got Ankita Lokhande and her mother-in-law to make some promises to each other. Ankita Lokhande promised to take care of her family, her mother-in-law, and stay with Vicky all her life.
The Indian actress said, “Main mumma sabse pehle toh… main hamesha aapka khayal rakhungi jaise main rakhti aayi hun. Aur main pure parivaar ka dhayan rakhungi jaise main rakhti aayi hun. Lekin koi kami reh gayi ho toh I am really sorry lekin haan jitne… Vicky aur mere rishte jo bhi rahein hain ab tak shayad aap humare saath kabhi rahi nahi hain isliye aapko pata nahi tha lekin aapne jo dekha vo bahut kahin na kahin ek masti ka part tha. Aur kahin na kahin jhagde bhi hue hain lekin hum dono apni taraf se puri koshish karenge.”
Salman Khan added, “Vachan…pravachan nahi.”
Ankita Lokhande then said, “Main aapse vaada karti hun ki main aapke bete se bahut saara pyaar karungi aur usse zindagi bhar khush rakhungi. Aur main aapko bhi puri tarah se khush rakhne ki koshish karungi. Main Vicky se aur Vicky mujhse… hum dono ek dusre se ladai nahi karenge. Zindagi bhar saath rahenge, ye mera vaada hai aapse.”
Upon her turn, Rajani Jain said that Ankita Lokhande should make a promise to never take part in a show like ‘Bigg Boss 17’.
She said, “Ankita bas hum tumse yehi chahenge ki beta humne hamesha bahuon ko betiyon se zyada pyaar kiya hai… aise show mein nahi aayogi jahan hum logon ki image paani mein chali jaye.”
Ankita Lokhande, who seemed upset, said, “Nahi mumma main aise show mein nahi aayi hun lekin main iss industry ka hissa hun aur main bahut proud hun ki main iss industry ka hissa hun. Lekin haan iss ghar mein aake jo kuch bhi hua sab sachayi thi. Kuch aisa nahi tha jisse kisi ki image kharab ho lekin haan main agli baar se puri koshish karungi ki main aisi cheezein dekhun aur sochun.”
Previously, Rajani Jain visited the show as a guest and told Ankita Lokhande to respect Vicky Jain more. Once she left the ‘Bigg Boss’ house, Rajani Jain gave interviews to different media portals.
She made some scathing comments against Ankita Lokhande, including how the family was never in support of her marriage with Vicky Jain and that it was him who was financially supporting her.
