TV actors Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya will finally return to India. For the unversed, the couple has been stuck in Italy ever since their passports and some other items were stolen from their car last Wednesday in Florence. In the latest entertainment news, Divyanka took to Instagram to share a picture of herself and Vivek smiling while holding emergency certificates issued by the Indian embassy in Italy. In the picture, Divyanka was seen wearing a blue top while Vivek was seen dressed in a white T-shirt and a polo cap.

"Heading to Bharat soon. We want to thank ‘You’ for your overwhelming love and support. A big thanks to the Indian Embassy for making our ‘Ghar Wapasi’ possible," she wrote.

Earlier, Vivek Dahiya and Divyanka were robbed in Florence when the actors stepped out to have lunch while their car was parked in the resort where they were supposed to check-in.

Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya were robbed of Rs 10 lakh and their passports in Europe. Divyanka and Vivek travelled to Europe to celebrate their eighth wedding anniversary.

"The car was parked in a secured resort property when the break-in happened. Please do not trouble us by suggesting how the care should have been taken. The resort knew about the 'luggage in car' status and they were cool about it. This can happen to anyone but I hope it doesn't. Be of help if you can or empathise. If that's seemingly difficult, please go ahead doing your business," Divyanka Tripathi had written on Instagram Stories.

Earlier, during an interview with Times of India, Vivek said that they were robbed in Florence on Wednesday.

"Everything about this trip has been incredible, except for this incident. We arrived in Florence yesterday and planned to stay for a day. We went to check out a property we liked for our stay and left all our belongings in a car parked outside. However, when we returned to get our stuff, we were shocked to find that the car had been broken into, and our passports, wallets, money, shopping, and all our valuable items were gone. Fortunately, they left behind some old clothes and food items," said Vivek.
