'Bigg Boss OTT 2' winner and popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav has been granted bail in the ongoing snake venom case. As per India TV, Gautam Buddha Nagar District Court decided to grant bail to the 'BB OTT 2' winner. For the unversed, Elvish Yadav was arrested by the Noida Police under NDPS Act and Wildlife Protection. After his arrest, Elvish Yadav was sent to 14-days judicial custody. 

Elvish Yadav was arrested by the Noida Police on Sunday, March 17. He was arrested along with five others, and all of them were charged under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code. 

After Elvish Yadav was arrested, his parents gave a series of interviews, where they made some bombshell revelations about the lifestyle of the YouTuber. 

The father of Elvish Yadav also said that the YouTuber would borrow these cars from friends and would use them temporarily before returning them.

“He used to rent older cars to showcase his stunts in his YouTube videos and portrayed them as his own new cars," the parents told AajTak. 

The parents also denied the reports of their son owning property in Dubai. They also said that Elvish primarily earns money through his YouTube channel and online sales of apparel. 

Recently, a Times of India report stated that Elvish Yadav is willing to plead guilty in the snake venom case. 

The publication also cited a source which said that Elvish’s aim behind this crime was to project a swag to his fans and establish an image of him as someone who doesn’t fear the law. 

Elvish Yadav became a household name after winning Salman Khan-hosted 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' last year.
