Stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui has been grabbing headlines ever since winning the Salman Khan-hosted show 'Bigg Boss 17'. A day after winning the reality TV show, Munawar Faruqui went to Dongri to celebrate with his fans. In the latest entertainment news, a First Information Report (FIR) has been filed against a drone camera operator, who was recording Munawar Faruqui's victory celebration, reported Free Press Journal. For the unversed, a large crowd had gathered in Dongri to celebrate Munawar's win. The stand-up comedian had then stood on the sunroof of his car, where he displayed the 'Bigg Boss 17' trophy.

As per Free Press Journal, Munawar Faruqui's fan has been identified as Arbaaz Yusuf Khan, and he was first noticed by constable Nitin Shinde, on patrol with PSI Tausif Mulla.

The drone operator did not have the permission to use the device during the celebration in Mumbai's Dongri. It has also been reported that the drone camera has been confiscated by the police.

In the latest entertainment news, a case has been filed for violating the Mumbai Police Commissioner's orders regarding drone usage, which requires prior permission.

As a result of winning the show, Munawar Faruqui walked away with the 'Bigg Boss 17' trophy, a brand new car, and a massive cash prize of Rs 50 lakh.

For the unversed, Ankita Lokhande, Munawar Faruqui, Arun Mashettey, Mannara Chopra, and Abhishek Kumar were the five finalists who battled it out in the finale to win the show.

After winning the show, the stand-up comedian told Indian Express, "The feeling was unreal, the way my journey has been… that moment was such that I could feel the weight of that trophy. This trophy has cost me a lot, but it is worth it. In the end, what was important was not just taking the trophy home, but a lot many things.”
