'Bigg Boss 17': List of contestants who are expected to enter Salman Khan's show.

'Bigg Boss' is one of the most popular reality TV shows in India, and the popular show enjoys a great fandom. After the conclusion of 'Bigg Boss OTT 2', fans were desperately waiting for the 17th season of 'Bigg Boss', and finally the launch date is here! The Salman Khan-hosted show will be launching this Sunday (October 15). The makers have remained tight-lipped regarding the final list of contestants, but an Indian Express report, has revealed some of the names that would be entering the 'Bigg Boss' house this season.

As per Indian Express, journalist Jigna Vora will be entering the 'Bigg Boss' house this time around. For the unversed, Hansal Mehta's Netflix series 'Scoop' was based on her life. Jigna Vora who used to be a crime reporter, was jailed for allegedly being involved in the murder of another senior journalist. After spending days in jail, he wrote a biographical memoir 'Behind Bars in Byculla: My Days in Prison'. This book was then converted into the Netflix series 'Scoop', which starred Karishma Tanna in the leading role. 

Another report by Bombay Times has confirmed that 'Lock Upp' winner Munawar Faruqui will be entering the 'Bigg Boss' house, this season. For the unversed, the comedian became a household name after he was arrested in real life after his stand-up gig offended some people and he was accused of hurting religious sentiments. He had to spend 37 days in custody before the judge ruled the case as "vague". Munawar then emerged as the winner of Kangana Ranaut-hosted show 'Lock Upp'.

The same Bombay Times report also states that Priyanka Chopra's cousin Mannara Chopra will also be a contestant this season. The actress was recently in the news after her director allegedly kissed her forcibly. Former Miss India Manasavi Mamgai is also slated to appear in 'Bigg Boss 17'. Manasavi was last seen in Kajol's digital debut 'The Trial' on Disney+ Hotstar.

There is no confirmation, however, several reports claim that YouTuber Armaan Malik will be entering the show with his wife Payal Malik. 

There are also rumours that Elvish Yadav's ex-girlfriend Kirti Mehra and YouTuber Faiz Baloch might also appear in 'Bigg Boss 17'.

Apart from the above-mentioned celebrities, other names doing the rounds for 'Bigg Boss 17' include Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Kanwar Dhillon, Jay Soni, Sandip Sikcand, YouTubers Anurag Dobhal and Sunny Arya.

For the unversed, Elvish Yadav had recently won 'Bigg Boss OTT 2', which was also hosted by Salman Khan.
