'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai' Actress Vaibhavi Upadhyaya Dies; Rupali Ganguly Condoles Her Demise
Sarabhai vs Sarabhai' actress Vaibhavi Upadhyaya died in a car accident on Tuesday.
Actress Vaibhavi Upadhyaya, famous for playing the love interest of Rosesh in 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai', died in a road accident on Tuesday. The news of her demise was confirmed by 'Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai' creator and TV producer, JD Majethia. “Life is so unpredictable. A very fine actress, dear friend Vaibhavi Upadhyay popularly known as Jasmine of Sarabhai vs Sarabhai passed away. She met with an accident in north. Family will bring her to Mumbai tomorrow morning around 11 am for last rites. RIP vaibhavi ," he tweeted.

As per a report in The Times of India, the accident happened when Vaibhavi was travelling with her fiance in Himachal Pradesh. The car reportedly lost control at a steep turn.
The actress' brother upon hearing the news of the accident, rushed to Himachal Pradesh, stated the report of The Times of India.
Actress Rupali Ganguly, who played the role of Monisha in 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai', also condoled the demise, saying: "This is not fair ….. gone too soon ….."

Actor-director Deven Bhojani shared the photo of the actress on Twitter and wrote: "Shocking! The actress' funeral is expected to take place in Mumbai on Wednesday.
Vaibhavi had also worked with actor Ayush Mehra in the web series titled 'Please Find Attached'. Her other acting roles include TV show 'Kya Qasoor Hai Amla Hai' and movie 'Chhapaak'.
