Actor Vikas Sethi's last rites were carried out on Monday, September 9 in Mumbai. In the latest entertainment news, Vikas Sethi's wife Jhanvi took to her official Instagram handle to share information, regarding the actor's funeral. "With immense sorrow, we inform you about the passing of our beloved Vikas Sethi, who left us all on the 8th of September, 2024. The final rites will be carried out according to Hindu traditions on 9th September. Your presence, prayers, and support, in this trying time would be deeply appreciated," she wrote.
As per ETimes, Vikas Sethi's final rites were scheduled for 2 pm on Monday. The ceremony was held at Dhyaneshwar Nagar, Jogeshwari West, Andheri, Mumbai.

For the unversed, Vikas Sethi is known for his roles in TV serial 'Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' and Bollywood movie 'Kabhie Khushi Kabhi Gham'.
Vikas Sethi, died at the age of 48 on Sunday. In an interview with the news agency PTI, Vikas' wife Jhanvi recalled his final moments.
For the unversed, the couple was in Nashik to attend a family function.
"After we reached my mother’s house in Nashik, he had vomiting and loose motions. He didn’t want to go to the hospital so we asked the doctor to come home. When I went to wake him up at around 6 am in the morning (on Sunday), he was no more. The doctor there told us he passed away last night in his sleep due to cardiac arrest.”
Vikas Sethi is survived by his wife and their twin sons. Vikas was also a part of the fourth season of the dance reality show 'Nach Baliye' with his then-wife Amita.
They split up a few years later. In 2018, he married Jhanvi and in 2021, Vikas announced the birth of their twins.
