Jesse Williams Joins Selena Gomez’s ‘Only Murders In The Building’ As New Cast Member
Jesse Williams has joined the cast of 'Only Murders in the Building' Season 3, which will also star Selena Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short. Jesse Williams is best known for starring in the hit show 'Grey's Anatomy'.
'Only Murders In The Building' season 2, starring Selena Gomez, aired in 2022. And just like the first season, the second season was also very well received with the critics praising the performances of all the lead actors. The preparation for Season 3 is in full swing and in the latest, Jesse Williams has joined the cast.
He will essay the role of a documentarian who goes on to have a particular interest in the case that Mabel (Selena Gomez), Charles (Steve Martin), and Oliver (Martin Short) are working on, reported Variety.
Along with Williams, Season 3 has already cast Selena Gomez, Martin, Short, and Paul Rudd. Williams is most famous for starring in 12 seasons of the hit show 'Grey's Anatomy' where he essayed the role of Dr. Jackson Avery.
'Only Murders In The Building' is based on three unlikely friends who live in the same building and the trio go on to bond over their love and passion for true crime. As the show evolves, these three characters find themselves involved in a real-life murder mystery and begin recording a podcast of their known to go to the depth of the case.
In the first season, the trio investigated the death of their neighbour while season 2 saw them finding their building's board president murdered.
Martin co-created 'Only Murders In The Building' with John Hoffman, and both executive produce alongside Short, Gomez, Dan Fogelman, Jess Rosenthal, and Jamie Babbit.
'Only Murders In The Building' is available to watch on Disney+ Hotstar in India.
