Veteran actress and talk show host Simi Garewal shared an Instagram post, praising 'Made In Heaven' Season 2.

'Made In Heaven' Season 2 released on Prime Video earlier this month, and the show is generating polarising reactions. In the latest entertainment news, veteran actress and talk show host Simi Garewal shared an Instagram post, praising the Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti's show. Along with the poster of the series, Simi in her captain wrote that after watching the show, "other series look so downmarket."

"Made in Heaven season 1 and 2 can't be described without superlatives. It's a gold standard in each aspect of filmmaking. Acting, visuals, aesthetics, screenplay everything. Zoya Akhtar, Reema Kagti, you are brilliant! But you've messed with my head. No other series look so downmarket," Simi Garewal wrote on Instagram.

However, her "downmarket" remark has not gone down well with some fans, and they called her out in the comments section.

Here are some of the comments:

"Simi Garewal's praising MIH sounds cool but she finds other programs “down market” is a lame statement from the noble lady," wrote one user.

"I wish the storyline and realism was as good as the aesthetics. Especially season 2 was pretty far from the gold standard," wrote another user.

"Watch Queen’s Gambit and you would find MIH superfluous in front of an imaginary Q’s G," commented another user.

"Agree.. Others seems like downgraded," wrote another user.

"I haven't watched it but now I am intrigued! What is it about in broad terms? Is it a straight forward drama or does it also have comedy," wrote another user.

'Made In Heaven' Season 2 premiered on Prime Video on August 10, 2023.

The show stars Sobhita Dhulipala, Arjun Mathur, Shivani Raghuvanshi, Shashank Arora, Vijay Raaz, Mona Singh, Trinetra Haldar, Ishwaak Singh, Kalki Koechlin, Jim Sarbh, Sanjay Kapoor, Neelam and Sameer Soni.
