Women’s U19 T20 World Cup: In the now viral video, the Indian U19 women’s cricket team can be seen dancing to 'Kala Chashma' wearing medals around their necks.
The Shafali Verma-led Indian U19 women's team scripted history on Sunday as they won the inaugural Women's U19 T20 World Cup after defeating England in the summit clash by seven wickets. Team India displayed a completely dominating performance in the summit clash, and England never had any chance. The entire squad celebrated their triumph by dancing to the uber-popular track 'Kala Chashma'.
Taking to Instagram, the official handle of ICC shared a video in which the members of U19 Indian women's team can be seen grooving to 'Kala Chashma'.
"Winning on the field and off it. India - ICC Women's #U19T20WorldCup Champions". "The new Kala Chashma champions," ICC wrote as the caption.

In the video, the Indian team can be seen dressed in the official jersey, and they are also seen wearing winners' medals around their necks. The members also aced the hook step of 'Kala Chashma'.
In the U19 Women's T20 World Cup final, India won the toss and opted to bowl first. Titas Sadhu, Archana Devi, and Parshavi Chopra all took two wickets each as India bundled out England for 68 inside 18 overs.
Chasing 69 did not prove to be a problem for India as Soumya Tiwari and Gongadi Trisha played knocks of 24 each.
After the win, BCCI secretary Jay Shah announced a prize of Rs 5 crore for the entire team and support staff. He also invited the side to watch the third men's T20I between India and New Zealand in Ahmedabad.
It is important to mention that the senior Women's T20 World Cup will also be played this year, and the tournament is slated to start in February.
The Women's Premier League will also hold its inaugural edition this year, and the BCCI had recently announced the owners of all five teams.
