Through his acting prowess, Aamir Khan has earned himself the moniker of 'Mr. Perfectionist'. However, Aamir Khan is going through a lean patch in his career right now, as his last few movies such as 'Thugs of Hindostan' and 'Laal Singh Chaddha' did not work well. But, you still cannot deny that Aamir is probably one of the greatest actors the country has ever produced. In the latest Bollywood celebrity news, Aamir Khan is celebrating his 59th birthday today. In a video posted by a paparazzo account, Aamir Khan can be seen cutting the cake, in the presence of his former wife Kiran Rao, and paparazzi members.

After cutting the cake, Aamir Khan fed the cake to Kiran Rao. As the paparazzi wished the actor, Aamir said, "Thank you so much."

Recently, Aamir Khan confirmed that his next movie 'Sitaare Zameen Par', will be releasing on Christmas 2024.

During an Instagram Live session, Aamir Khan said that the movie is on the "next level" of his 2008-film 'Taare Zameen Par'.

"It will make you laugh, it will entertain you," said Aamir Khan before confirming that the film is "not a sequel."

Aamir Khan's latest production venture 'Laapataa Ladies', which has been directed by Kiran Rao, is still running in theatres.

Despite receiving a glowing word-of-mouth, 'Laapataa Ladies' is yet to breach the Rs 10 crore mark in India.
