Anurag Kashyap's 'Kennedy' will be premiering at the Cannes Film Festival.

Last week, it was announced that Anurag Kashyap's latest movie titled 'Kennedy' will be premering at the Cannes Film Festival 2023. And in the latest entertainment news, the first poster from the movie has been unveiled, and it is all things amazing. The official synopsis of 'Kennedy' states that the movie is about an insomniac ex-cop who is trying to look for redemption.

'Kennedy' stars Rahul Bhat and Sunny Leone in lead roles. The poster features Rahul Bhat's intimidating look and it also showcases Sunny Leone standing and screaming in front of a door.

“Aankh, Cannes sab khule rakhna…Kennedy aa raha hai! Here’s the official poster of #Kennedy, which is set to premiere at Festival De Cannes later next month," Anurag Kashyap wrote on Twitter.

'Kennedy' will be premiering at the Cannes Film Festival under the Midnight Screenings section.

Last week, Anurag Kashyap had also dropped the first look of his upcoming film 'Kennedy'. The director took to Instagram to share the first look of Rahul Bhat and Sunny Leone respectively. 

The first image shows Rahul Bhat holding a gun while in the second, Sunny Leone can be seen in a retro look. She is looking absolutely stunning in a yellow-coloured saree and oversized sunglasses.

This year's Cannes Film Festival will see the premiere of films directed by the likes of Martin Scorsese, Wim Wenders, Nuri Bilge Ceylan, and Todd Haynes. 

Johnny Depp's movie 'Louis XV' is slated to open the Cannes Film Festival this year. 

'Kennedy' which has been directed by Anurag Kashyap, stars Sunny Leone, Rahul Bhatt and Abhilash Thapliyal. No further details about the project have been revealed yet.

This is not the first time that Anurag Kashyap will be making his presence felt at the prestigious festival. In 2012, 'Gangs of Wasseypur' had premiered at the Cannes Directors' Fortnight.

'Raman Raghav' also premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2016.
