Amid Public Demand, Manoj Bajpayee's 'Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai' Releases In Select Cinemas
After winning hearts on ZEE5, Manoj Bajpayee's 'Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai' has released in select theatres in India.
Ever since premiering on ZEE5, Manoj Bajpayee's 'Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai' has been winning hearts and the praise continues to come in. The new Hindi movie has been lauded for its direction, acting and gripping plot. Ever since the OTT premiere, the fans have been asking the makers to release this particular new Hindi movie in the theatres. In the latest entertainment news, it looks like, the makers have listened to the audience.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh on Friday confirmed that 'Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai' has released in select cinemas in India. The new Hindi movie has opened at 20 locations in four circuits across the country.
However, national chains such as PVR and Cinepolis are not screening the film.

"The national chains, however, are not screening the film. Meanwhile, #SirfEkBandaaKaafiHai was certified ‘UA’ by #CBFC on 1 June 2023," he added.

'Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai' tells the story of a High Court lawyer, who successfully prosecutes a case of a rape of a minor under the POCSO legislation.
'Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai' has been produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Kamlesh Bhanushali, Asif Sheikh, and Vishal Gurnani.
The new Hindi movie has been directed by Apoorv Singh Karki.
The official synopsis of the movie states: "An ordinary lawyer is out to fight an extraordinary case! But can he win against a powerful godman accused of assaulting a minor and deliver justice to the victim? Find out in Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai, A ZEE5 Original Film inspired by true events. Premieres 23rd May 2023.”
The film has been written by Deepak Kingrani.
