A day after Aaliyah Kashyap’s engagement announcement, Anurag Kashyap penned a hilarious post.
Ace filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s daughter Aaliyah Kashyap has been making headlines after she announced her engagement to her boyfriend Shane Gregoire. Anurag Kashyap, who is currently attending the Cannes Film Festival 2023, hilariously reacted to his daughter’s engagement news by sharing a light-hearted post dedicated to Aaliyah Kashyap and her boyfriend. The renowned filmmaker joked that he will have to make “several remakes” to throw a “wedding soiree” for his daughter.
He also added that Aaliyah Kashyap “threw a total curveball” at him while he was in the middle of his Cannes Film Festival journey.
Anurag Kashyap shared a picture of himself on Instagram as he sat in a room with his friends. In the photo, he was dressed in a black shirt, matching blazer and pants. Wearing his glasses, he was seen looking at his phone.

On Saturday, Aaliyah Kashyap got engaged to her long-time boyfriend Shane and penned a note on Instagram.
She also posted pictures sharing the happy moment of her engagement. In the photos, Aaliyah was dressed in a printed outfit as she posed in Bali, Indonesia. She flaunted her diamond ring in the first picture and kissed Shane in the last picture.
