Ayushmann And Aparshakti Khurana's Father Pandit P Khurana Passes Away
The father of Ayushmann and Aparshakti Khurana passed away on Friday.
Some sad news is coming in! Ayushmann Khurrana and Aparshakti Khurana's father Acharya P Khurana passed away on Friday. For the unversed, Acharya P Khurana was a famous astrologer as well. The news was confirmed through an official statement, issued by the Khurana family. “It’s with our deep sadness to inform that Ayushmann and Aparshakti Khurana’s father, Astrologer P Khurana passed away this morning at 10:30am in Mohali, owing to a prolonged incurable ailment," read the statement.
"We are indebted for all your prayers and support during this time of personal loss," it added.
As per a report in PTC News, Ayushmann Khurrana's father was admitted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali. P Khurana was battling heart problems and was undergoing treatment for the same.
P Khurana was very famous in North India for his contribution to the field of astrology.
He also wrote books based on his knowledge on the subject of astrology, reported the Hindustan Times.
While talking about his father in an interview with Hindustan Times in 2020, Ayushmann Khurrana had said: "I don’t believe in astrology, but my father has been my life coach and mentor. He always used to tell me ‘beta public ki nabz pakdo’ (Catch people’s pulse) and I just did that."
In May 2020, Ayushmann Khurrana had penned a heartfelt note on the birthday of his father and taking to Instagram, he wrote: "Happy bday to the world’s best father! You gave me the wings, talent and ambition. I won’t tell your age to the world. Coz they won’t believe it."
