Bollywood actor Bobby Deol, known for his work in Hindi films, made his debut with the 1995 film ‘Barsaat’ and gained recognition for his roles in movies like ‘Soldier’, ‘Gupt’, ‘Humraaz’ and ‘Ajnabee’. Despite facing ups and downs in his career, he managed to carve out a niche for himself with diverse roles. Recently, Bobby Deol came into the limelight with his smashing performance in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s recent directorial venture ‘Animal’. In his brief appearance in the new Hindi movie, Bobby Deol dominated the film with his menacing portrayal of Abrar, who is mute.

Everything from Bobby Deol’s viral dance step in his entry song, ‘Jamal Kudu’, to his shirtless fight sequence with Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol became an overnight sensation after the film’s release. Recently, Bobby Deol shared a video where he answered various questions about ‘Animal’.

The video started with Bobby Deol disclosing that his wife, Tanya Deol, styled him for the ‘Animal’ success bash, showcasing an all-Prada ensemble.

He said, “I am dressed in Prada. It’s all Prada. My wife styled me. She makes me looks good.”

Sharing his favourite song from the film, Bobby Deol said, “It has to be Jamal Kudu.” For the unversed, ‘Jamal Kudu, originally Iranian track, was his character Abrar’s entry song in ‘Animal’.

In response to a question about Abrar’s hypothetical superpower, Bobby Deol said, “Peace to the world. Peace and happiness.”

The following question was, “If Abrar had one dialogue in Animal what would it be?” The Bollywood actor said, “Tu aur tu idhar aa.”

Bobby Deol also spoke about his future projects, particularly in the South Indian film industry.

He said, “It’s in South industry and I am very excited working with this director. He is such a sweetheart. I call him teddy bear. I am working with a great actor and the cast and the crew…the team is just awesome. So, I am looking forward to that.”

‘Animal’ was directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and featured Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. The film’s domestic box office collection stands at Rs 550.85 crore nett, and its global earnings have reached Rs 899.9 crore.

Reportedly, Bobby Deol is all set to star in superstar Nandamuri Balakrishna's next film tentatively titled ‘NBK109’.
