"Lawrence Bishnoi Ko Bheju Kya": Couple Threatens Salman Khan's Father

Salim Khan, a legendary screenwriter and Salman Khan's father, was threatened by a couple. In the latest entertainment news, the couple threatened Salim Khan while he was out for a morning walk. As per NDTV, the couple was captured in a CCTV camera. As per several reports, the 88-year-old was sitting on a bench near his house in Bandra. It was then that a couple on a scooter stopped close to him, and asked, " "Lawrence Bishnoi ko bheju kya?"
The report claims that the couple then sped away. The couple has now been arrested.
It was Salim Khan's bodyguard, who filed a complaint with the Mumbai Police, and an FIR was registered.
The accused have now said that they were just playing a prank, a police officer said, as per NDTV.
This incident comes months after firing took place outside Salman's home in Mumbai.
It was on April 2014, when two men on a bike fired five rounds at the actor's Mumbai home. The police then said that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang was behind the firing.
Six people were also arrested. Salman Khan had told the police that he believed the Lawrence Bishnoi gang carried out the firing with the intention to kill him and his family.
As per NDTV, in their chargesheet, police said that it was Lawrence Bishnoi's brother Anmol briefed the shooters Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal.
Over their conversations on Signal app, Anmol Bishnoi told the shooters, "Fire in a way that Bhai gets scared, keep smoking so that you appear fearless on CCTV camera."
Meanwhile, on the film front, Salman Khan will next be seen in AR Murugadoss' 'Sikandar'. The movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Prateik Babbar, Kajal Aggarwal and Sathyaraj. The film is currently slated to release in cinemas on Eid 2025.
Salman Khan was last seen alongside Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in the 2023 Hindi movie ‘Tiger 3’.
