The actress who made her Bollywood debut with the 2001 movie ‘Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein’, was also the second runner-up at the Miss India pageant in 2000 and she also won the Miss Asia Pacific title in 2000. Dia Mirza never fails to set fashion goals, and looks like, the Bollywood beauty has now decided to set some major fitness goals as well.

Taking to Instagram, Dia Mirza shared a video on Instagram, in which she can be seen doing squats. However, what makes the video more adorable and motivational is the fact that she was seen carrying her kid, Avyaan in her arms.
Carrying her little boy in her arms, Dia Mirza continued to perform squats, and netizens are now reacting to the viral video.

'Dhak Dhak' was not the only film in which Dia Mirza was seen in 2023, as she also played a pivotal role in Anubhav Sinha's 'Bheed'.
