“Privacy Naam Di…”: Diljit Dosanjh Responds To Report Of Him Getting Cosy With Taylor Swift While Dining In Vancouver
Diljit Dosanjh reacted to a certain news report claiming that he and Taylor Swift got cosy while on a dinner outing in Vancouver.
Punjabi actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh, who has also appeared in several Bollywood movies, just showed us how to react to rumours like an absolute pro. Diljit Dosanjh, who is known for his bubbly nature and witty comebacks, had the best response when he stumbled upon an unverified Twitter handle which claimed that he went on a dinner date with American pop star Taylor Swift in Vancouver, Canada. An online media portal shared a tweet stating that Diljit and Taylor Swift were spotted being “touch touch” while dining together.
The tweet read, “#BREAKING: Vancouver Patrons were in for a surprise when they saw two of their favorite stars dining together at Cactus Club Cafe Coal Harbor on Monday night. Multiple sources confirmed that Taylor Swift & Diljit Dosanjh were laughing & being "touch touch.”
Diljit Dosanjh took to Twitter and replied in his inimitable style. “Yaar Privacy Naam Di v Koi Cheez Hundi Aa,” Diljit tweeted.
Fans of Diljit Dosanjh and Taylor Swift were in splits, imagining if the two did indeed go out for dinner.
“Diljit Dosanjh and Taylor Swift!!?? A ship I never knew existed ..but I want it to sail,” a user wrote.
Another one added, “If taylor and diljit do a song together…. BRO MY LIFE WILL BE IN SHAMBLES IN A GOOD WAY.”
Talking about Diljit Dosanjh, he recently scripted history when he represented India at the Coachella music festival, which was widely appreciated by his fans and Bollywood celebrities. Clips from his performance at the popular music festival went viral on social media.
Meanwhile, on the film front, Diljit Dosanjh will be next seen in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Chamkila’, which will focus on the life of popular singer Amar Singh Chamkila. The film will release on Netflix.
‘Chamkila’, also starring Parineeti Chopra, will follow Amar Singh Chamkila from Punjab who rose to fame in the 1980s with his powerful music. He was assassinated at the young age of 27.
Diljit Dosanjh will also be seen in ‘The Crew’ along with Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film also stars Tabu and Kriti Sanon.
Helmed by Rajesh Krishnan, the film is a story of three women. It is touted as a laugh riot, set against the backdrop of the struggling airline industry.
