Fans are not pleased with Pakistani actress, who made some unsavoury remarks after watching the 'Fighter' trailer!

'Fighter', starring Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor and Karan Singh Grover, is one of the most-anticipated Indian movies of 2024, and it will be releasing in cinemas on January 25. The makers of 'Fighter' unveiled the trailer of the film recently, and it looks like, it has ruffled some feathers across the border in Pakistan. Several Pakistani artists are calling out the ‘Fighter’ trailer for allegedly being "demeaning" towards their country. After the ‘Fighter’ trailer came out, Pakistani actress Zara Noor Abbas posted a video on social media, in which she criticised the 'Fighter' trailer and dialogues spoken by Hrithik Roshan.

"It's so funny to see Hrithik Roshan say that [India owns Kashmir] and Pakistan has occupied Kashmir. Would anyone like to ask Kashmiris about who they serve? Because they serve no one. Kashmiris deserve an independent state, full stop. India needs to move past its entitlement of making Kashmiris slaves. That narrative is too old."

"And if you were going to copy Top Gun, you should have done a better job. Talk about other topics, like nut bolts you can't fix in planes. But maybe get over the fact that you guys can occupy Pakistan or Pakistan can occupy India, because, at the end of the day, we were all together, in the subcontinent. So isn't it better to create some sort of love," she added.

Fans are now slamming the Pakistani artist, and the comments section is filled with comments, which are calling out the actress.

Here are some of the comments:

"So madam who had hijacked Air India plane, who had attacked Mumbai, who is sending terrorists in India - you mean all this was love which pakistan was spreading? And Bollywood only shows movies were we are defending our country you are crying for love," wrote one user.

"I myself am a fan of lots of pakistani artists but people like u create a feud out of nowhere please sukoon mei rahe aur rehne de," wrote another user.

"I have no hate against a specific country or religion but dusron ke baare mei bolne se pehle khud ke mulk mei bhi jhank lo ek baar maybe your eyes are getting too old madam," commented one user.

"yaar yeah toh movie se hi kilas gye jab asli mein lenge pok toh kya karegey," commented one user.

"Propaganda artist under surveillance of Military owned country. This shows how narrow-minded you people are. And talking about better relations pehley apna Aukat banao," wrote another user.

For the unversed, 'Fighter' is based on Pulwama terror attack on Indian armed forces. In the trailer, Hrithik Roshan delivers some patriotic dialogues.

In one dialogue, Hrithik Roshan also tells the antagonist of the film, that Pakistan should be careful and should not try to rub India the other way, as some regions in Pakistan could very well become "IOP", which means India occupied Pakistan.

Directed by Siddharth Anand of ‘War’ and ‘Pathaan’ fame, ‘Fighter’ is being touted as India's first aerial action film. The teaser of the film was released last week, and it met with a positive response from all corners.

For the unversed, 'Fighter' is the third collaboration between Hrithik and Siddharth Anand after 'Bang Bang' and 'War'. The movie is also the third collaboration between Deepika and Siddharth after 'Bachna Ae Haseeno' and 'Pathaan'.
