Deepika Padukone, who was last seen alongside Shah Rukh Khan in ‘Jawan’, is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film ‘Fighter’.
Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan, easily two of the best-looking Bollywood stars currently, are all set to appear on the silver screen for the first time together in Siddharth Anand’s ‘Fighter’. Fans have been eagerly waiting to see the upcoming Hindi movie, co-starring Anil Kapoor, which will be released on January 25, 2024. Just over a month left for release, and the makers are leaving no stone unturned to increase the buzz and excitement around the film. After dropping Hrithik Roshan’s poster from ‘Fighter’ on Monday, the makers have now unveiled Deepika Padukone’s character poster.
Taking to Instagram, Deepika Padukone also shared her character poster from ‘Fighter’. Introducing her character from the movie, Deepika wrote, “Squadron Leader Minal Rathore. Call Sign: Minni. Designation: Squadron Pilot. Unit: Air Dragons…#FighterOn25thJan #Fighter.”

Just like Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone looks crisp and sharp as Squadron Leader Minal Rathore in the poster.
In the poster, Deepika Padukone can be seen looking intensely into the camera, hinting at the strong personality of her character from ‘Fighter’. Donning a pair of sunglasses with her hair styled into a neat bun, Deepika Padukone looks smashing.
Soon after the poster was shared on Instagram, fans flocked to the post’s comment section and praised Deepika Padukone’s look.

‘Fighter’ marks Deepika Padukone’s third film with Siddharth Anand after 2008's ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’ and the 2023 hit ‘Pathaan’, co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, of ‘War’ and ‘Pathaan’ fame, ‘Fighter’ is being touted as India's first aerial action film and also stars Karan Singh Grover and Akshay Oberoi.
‘Fighter’, originally scheduled for release on September 3, 2022, got postponed due to the production delays owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Coming back to Deepika Padukone, she has a super busy schedule ahead. The Bollywood actress will also star in ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ with Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan.
Deepika Padukone will also be seen in Rohit Shetty's ‘Singham Again’ with Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff and Ranveer Singh.
